Applying for Membership
- I hereby apply to be a member of the Construction Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (Construction and General - WA Divisional Branch) and Construction Forestry Mining & Energy Union of Workers (CFMEUW) and I agree to conform to the rules of the union.
- In making this application I declare that the information I have given is correct and I acknowledge and declare that no threats, promises or otherwise were made to me by any union representative so as to require me to become a member of the union.
- I understand the six (6) month membership periods (1 April - 30 September and 1 October - 31 March).
- I accept the total costs (charged and payable in AUD) that are for each period and the methods of payment available.
- I accept that membership is on-going and only cancelled when complying with the cancellation terms below
Cancellation of Membership
- I acknowledge that cancellation of my membership will be submitted in writing and that I am liable for any outstanding balance that may apply upon my cancellation.
- If a refund is due for an advanced membership payment, a request must be made in writing and will be refunded by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Delivery
- Delivery fees are a flat-rate based on where the item is being sent

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
- Items are able to returned, refunded or exchanged provided they are in a sellable condition
- Any request for a refund, return or exchange must be accompanied with the original receipt
- Delivery costs associated with a return, refund or exchange are not the responsibility of the CFMEU WA unless the requirement is due to an error on our behalf
